This unique social-emotional development program has students design their own superhero based on
themselves, while learning meaningful skills. Each theme covers a different aspect of the self.
Using interactive activities and the creative arts,
they are simultaneously learning to strengthen their emotional regulation. At the end of the program,
they showcase a Mini Comicon, celebrating their very own Superhero alongside new learnings & tools.
Children will explore & learn the following:

- Develop emotional regulation tools based on the nervous system & neuroscience
- Enhance confidence, inner dialogue, and relationship to self
- Strengthen relationships & and communication skills
- Develop skills for dealing with conflict & stress
