Art Workshop

Art by Q is my way of creating a space where people can simply have fun with art and be themselves. I’m a Montreal-based artist who loves working with different mediums, playing with color and texture, and turning simple ideas into something people can actually take home and be proud of.

My workshops are very hands-on and are meant for everyone, you don’t have to be “good at art” to enjoy them. I guide participants through the project, demonstrate different techniques, and help one-on-one whenever they need it, but I also want people to have the freedom to make their piece their own.

I don’t expect everyone to work at the same speed or create the exact same thing. Some people like a little more guidance, while others want to experiment and do their own thing and that’s completely okay. I meet people where they are and let them create at a pace that feels comfortable for them.

I love creating workshops that feel different from week to week, whether it’s painting, mixed media, crafts, cultural-inspired projects, seasonal creations, or something completely new. The goal is always the same: come in, create, have a good time, and leave with something that feels like you.
